| Non members in the rough stock division pay a permit fee to ride at each rodeo.If you choose to purchase a membership before the end of the night, the permit fee will be applied toward the EXRA membership fee. |
| Members only are eligible for buckles at the end of the season and any extra added monies at the season opening and season finals.Everyone must pay admission at the gate and that fee will be deducted from your entry fee when you surrender your ticket upon registration. |
| Call-ins are on the Monday before each rodeo from 6 pm until 11 pm, Tonia Williams, 828-757-6599.Fines will apply if you call in and don't show up.Cancellations are accepted until Friday before the rodeo.If you called in and later find you cannot make it, please call and cancel.Call-ins will not be accepted from anyone other than the participant or a guardian. |
